D2K is a design-to-key service. We design your interior, source every material and furniture piece, manage on-site finishing, and hand over a fully finished, move-in-ready home — all under one accountable team.
Essential projects complete within 8–12 weeks of approval. Signature averages 12–16 weeks, and Crown 16–22 weeks depending on bespoke joinery and custom imports.
D2K. A dedicated project manager runs daily coordination, quality control, and supplier scheduling so you never have to chase a workman or a delivery.
Payments follow a milestone schedule: an initial design retainer, then staged payments tied to procurement, finishing, and handover. You only release the next stage when the previous one is approved.
